Is to pay for the same leads that they sell to five different companies. One reason being, which does not make any sense to me. I had a pretty bad experience with this company. This review is oriented towards contractors. Most of these reviews are from homeowners that use this system. I don't believe they will be in business much longer. They continue to call me after I asked them to stop. When I said no the guy kept right on talking. After several complaints, Networx had the nerve to call and try to sell me more leads. RUDE! After pausing my subscription, they kept sending me leads. I asked them when did you start giving phone leads and she hung up on me.
Really? They even had one of the staff call me and say I have a phone lead for you. When I called and complained they treated me as if I didn't know what I was doing. They must be phishing the information from customers. This happened on several occasions where the customer was upset because they didn't want to be contacted or the project was already started by another contractor or finished. I called the same day I received the lead and was told the home improvement project had been completed for months. I received leads that wanted to know where I got their phone number.
